Tigernuts (known as chufas in Spain) are small, root-vegetable tubers – not actual nuts! They’re dense in nutrients, naturally sweet, rich in fiber, and packed with minerals for a healthy gut and heart. Ancient, gluten-free, and deliciously wholesome, they are the base of our dairy-free and tree-nut free granola.

We use only the highest-quality, organic tigernuts grown in Valencia, Spain.
